LOVE coincidences! It is amazing how when you really focus on somethig
the Universe rearranges itself to fulfill your desires. "Accidentally"
you run into people you hadn't seen for 10 or 20 years, and
they will give you a piece of information that you really need.
Suddenly, you get an email that has a link to a web site full of
information you have been looking for. You hear an announcement on
the radio and you have this "aha" moment. Expect coincidences! Love
coicidences! I have hundreds of stories from my own life, but I'm super
curious about yours. Remember, it is not about working hard; it is

Here is Gina's and Lisa's story from Loveland, CO. Two most adventurous Spirits I have ever known! Our life continues to be one adventure after another Ewa. A couple years back we put into motion doing the Appalachian Trail in 2010. This is a 2175 mile walk in the woods over a six month period. You know and understand that when you put your mind straight in a direction then all other things fall into place. Life is falling into place in ways that we could not even predict or pretend to have had any foresight into (but we love it just the same). Lisa and I have adopted a more active lifestyle and we feel better than we have in years. We are tending to those aging items (Lisa's knee arthritis and my torn hip labrum) head on to have resolution on healthy human forms to carry us on the long walking journey. Lisa has lost nearly 60 pounds! Every Saturday we have a challenge in which we do something adventurous - mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, etc. It has been a very fun to be doing new and exciting things together. Things that really push our body and minds at times. Financially the cost to walk the trail, stay in the little towns every 3-5 days, restock food, have packages of goods send in, send other items home, air travel, etc is about $3500 per person. This coupled with no income and existing mortgage and bills for 6 months is quite a large chunk of money. As we have been open to trusting the universe to provide we have seen Its power over and over again. It has come in 6 month contract positions for Lisa and other unexpected droppings of money along the way. The most amazing "coincidence" was an announcement last week about my current employer. They announced that they would be closing down the Colorado branch of our company. To many this may not seem like the universe providing...but in my case it surely was another opportunity to jump in and see where the waters would take us. Within a day I learned that I would have a position until the end of the year and at that time I would be presented this a sum of money. Lisa, my lovely creative partner, realized that this was nearly equaled to what was needed for her and I to walk the Appalachian Trail and pay the 6 months of bills. Coincidence? Probably not since this type of coincidence seems to happen when we make up our minds, let go, and trust. This is taking action and being open to what happens. |
