My mission in life is to create, express and inspire. When I was a little girl somebody told me that my name, Ewa, really means "to give life," and I think I decided to do just that. Restless spirit as I AM, I always have my hands on something creative.
I love life. I love the creative process. I love to play. Earlier on, I used to think that we were here to work hard and should feel lucky when something good happened. Sound familiar? Thanks to many of you and my commitment to growth and mindful living, I found out that we do create our own reality...always. Sure, we can "catch" a common belief and live to prove that it is true. But we also can decide differently. You see, we all make up rules about our own lives and how they work. This is what I choose to believe and live by. I love it!!

I love what Terry McBride said in his training called Everybody Wins.
"There are only two things that you and I have to do. There are only two things that you and I cannot avoid no matter how badly we want to. First, all of us will die. Everyone always has and it appears that every person on this earth always will. Sooner or later your time will be up and you will die. The second thing you cannot avoid is that you must live until you die. There is no way around it - until you die you must live."
How do you want to live? What is in your heart? Any dreams still on your to-do list? There are plenty on mine. I hope to live another 100 years to taste everything I want to taste and express the richness of my soul. My experience is that if there is a dream in our hearts we should ( and I really mean it) go for it! It will bring us alive. The dream itself carries a guaranty for success. We are never too old for any unexpressed desires. If we are really too old ( I can't believe I wrote this), the dream will leave us. We all know this intuitively. And yet, sometimes we just stay stuck because we believe it is impossible. Everything is possible! And all suppressed dreams create just an energy leak. If you find yourself a bit down, or with no energy... ask yourself "what do I still want that I believe I cannot have/be?"
